BUSINESS MEETING To receive petitions, hear reports and transact such business as may legally come before the Chapter.
NOMINATION, ELECTION and Installation of Associate Conductress for 2011 - 2012
ANNUAL CHINESE DINNER 6:30 P.M. Please join us prior to our meeting for our traditional Chinese dinner. There will be no collation following the meeting. Let the Worthy Matron or the Secretary know if you will attend so we know how much food to bring. As in the past, the cost will be shared by those by those attending. It is a great way to start our "winter break"!

WELCOME We are thrilled to welcome Sister Lisa Marie Bergeron (the daughter of our Worthy Matron and Worthy Patron) Gail M. F. Baillio, PM, and Brother John H. Baillio, PP, who became members of our Chapter by Affiliation.
SHRINER'S COLLECTION As is our custom, at this meeting we will collect new white cotton socks that we will donate to the Shriner's Hospital in Springfield.
GAZETTE TOY FUND After our meeting in November, we held a "Pound and Yard Auction". We made $100 which was donated to the Gazette Toy Fund.
REQUEST FROM THE GRAND SENTINEL Brother Bob is looking for members to serve as Assistant Grand Sentinels and Grand Escorts at Grand Chapter. Please contact him for more information.

FROM THE EAST We wish each and everyone of you joyous holidays, and a very happy new year. We are pleased that we were able to send $!00 to het Gazette Toy Fund. Thanks to all who bid on the yard and pound items. As the new year enters, please take time to relax. Don't forget the reception-honor night for Dave and Susan on January 25th. We will be having a special meeting on February 28th, the fourth Tuesday, for the purpose of reading a petition and appointing an investigation committee. Please be there, we need a quorum. Bethlehem Chapter No. 24 Instituted June 18, 1888 Constituted October 15, 1888
Bethlehem Chapter No. 24 Northampton In June 1888 twenty-eight people journeyed to Doric Chapter in Easthampton to be instructed in the procedure of instituting an Eastern Star Chapter in Northampton. On the trip home the starry decked heavens suggested the name Bethlehem to them. thus, the Chapter received its name.
