FLORAL OFFERING Our Floral collection this evening will be donated to the Oxford Ecumenical Food Bank. If you won't be attending the meeting and would like to make a donation, please send your check made out to "Clare Barton Chapter No. 63" and designate it to that project. If you are attending and wish to do more than the monetary donation, you may also bring a non-perishable food item which will also be given to the Food Bank.

CHRISTMAS SALE Sister Lillian Clifford has donated some Christmas crafts that she has made to be sold at this meeting to benefit the Chapter treasury. Do you have some such items that you have made that can be added to the table? Please bring them in and add to the display. All proceeds will be added to the Chapter funds.

GRAND CHAPTER SCHOLARSHIPS Scholarship forms have been received. Contact Sister Elizabeth Richert, Secretary to request one. To be eligible, you must be a member of good standing for five years, as well as their children, grandchildren, legally adopted stepchildren, nieces and nephews and must be full time students.
DUES - DUES - DUES Chapter dues are $19.00 per year. The dues cards for the Life and Honorary Life Members are included in this notice. Also included are the bills for 2012. Members who are in arrears for dues for two years will be brought up for suspension at this meeting.
INTERNATIONAL TEMPLE The International Temple in Washington, D.C. is in need of updating. There is a "Change for Change" bank near the sign-in station for your deposits.
WORTHY GRAND MATRON'S STAMPS Enclosed in September's notice were the Worthy Grand Matron's stamps. Please be generous as these benefit the Benevolences of our Order. Thanks.

GRAND CHAPTER ASSISTANTS An appeal has gone out from Grand Chapter for members to serve as Assistant Grand Warders, Grand Ushers, Assistants, Assistant Grand Sentinels and Grand Escorts. Can you help out? If you can, you can contact the Secrtary and she will tell you who to call. Thanks.
GRAND OFFICER PROJECT Sisters Cyndi Sampson, Deputy Grand Matron, and Susan Stone, Deputy Grand Marshal, will be drawing the winning ticket for their Grand Officer Project at this meeting.

FROM THE EAST The Worthy Matron and Patron wish to thank all for their wonderful ideas for money raising projects presented at the last meeting. The discussion was lively and informative.

CLARA BARTON CHAPTER NO. 63 Instituted April 11, 1898 Constituted December 9, 1898 Oxford Clara Barton was the founder of the American Red Cross, and in her honor, the Chapter took this name. She was born in Oxford and joined the Chapter on June 29, 1906.
