TO OUR SICK AND SHUT-INS

Take a cup of kindness, mix it well with love.

And a lot of patience and faith in God above

Sprinkle very generously with joy and thanks and cheer,

and you'll have lots of "Angel Food" to feast on through the year!

FROM THE EAST

The winter is far behind us and springtime will shortly end,

And happy hearts will find summer is just around the bend.

The time has come for us to say farewell for a little while;

Have a leisure filled vacation and return this Fall with a smile.

Sincerely and fraternally,

Mrs. Mary G. Houde, P.M.

HEARD CHAPTER NO. 94

Instituted: December 27, 1904

Constituted: June 27, 1905

Apparently this Chapter has taken its name for the Heard family of Ipswich.  The Masonic Lodge is John T. Heard Lodge.  Mr. Heard was a wealthy sea captain in the China trade by  clipper ships and the family was one of the first to settle in the town.
