BUSINESS To receive petitions, hear reports, and transact such other business as the evening may legally come before the Chapter.

OFFICERS ATTIRE White Gowns are to be worn at this meeting.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS By vote of the Chapter there will be an election for the office of Associate Patron, Conductress and any Office that may become vacant. Installation if elected and present.
INITIATION (if present)
AFTER THE MEETING Collation will be served in the banquet hall by Sisters Susan Hamblin and Sister Heather Hamblin

GRAND CHAPTER SCHOLARSHIPS Sister Joan F. Roulias, PM has applications for Scholarships
WAYS AND MEANS: Sister Barbara Keen, W.M. is collecting names to be embroidered on our Signature Tablecloth for a $5.00 donation. Sister Barbara also has OES mouse pads for sale $8.00 each. We will continue to have our "Got Books" project, books can be dropped off at the lodge or call for pick up either Sister Barbara or Sister Susan.

FROM THE EAST Dear Sisters and Brothers, We hope you had a safe and happy holiday. Looking back on the months gone by, as a new year starts and an old one ends, we contemplate what brought us joy, and we think of our loved ones and our friends. Lets put a hand out to help someone and and gain the best year yet! David and I hope to see you in these cold winter months for some warmth and fellowship. Along with the new year comes new work. Plymouth Chapter No. 163 Instituted December 16, 1919 Constituted June 28, 1920 This Chapter took its name from the town in which it is located. On the Chapter Seal appears the famous Plymouth Rock of historical interest with 1620 inscribed thereon.
