FROM THE EAST

 Sisters and Brothers;

    Brother Charlie and I are extremely proud of our officers for the ritual and floor work done last month for our three new members.  I'm sure that the lesson received have made a lasting impression on them.  to Meagan, Vivien, and Copal - welcome to Rose Croix Chapter.  We hope that you enjoyed your initiation and that you will come often to our meetings that we may get to know you and you can get to know all of us.  Again, I welcome you into our Chapter.

    June will be a very busy month for your Worthy Matron (Grand Esther) and I invite all of you to join me in attending any of the receptions or schools of instruction listed in the newsletter.

    June 19th will be another busy night.  Please note that our meeting will be at 5:15 P.M. with the reception to follow at 8:00 P.M.  I look forward to greeting many of our members.

    On June 28th, Rose Croix will be hosting a School of Instruction.  This will be a day school with lunch.  Many hands will be necessary to work on this.  If you can help in the kitchen or serving, please call me.  Please leave a message if am out.

ROSE CROIX CHAPTER NO. 79

    The early records fail to reveal just how the name was selected for this Chapter.  It is felt that the symbol of the Red Cross, which has always been prominent in Masonry had some bearing on the selection of the name.
